Cafer Telci

Cafer Telci is a seasoned executive search consultant with extensive experience in human resources across various industries. Since 2004, he has specialized in executive and non-executive search and selection, helping organizations identify and secure top talent.
He started his HR career at a leading bank as an Assistant Consultant, where he played a key role in developing a staffing policy that supported the organization’s transformation from administrative personnel management to a modern human resources framework.
In 1991, Cafer joined Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu (DRT), delivering a range of HR consultancy services until 1994. He then transitioned to the Sabancı Group, serving as a Training and Development Executive for the marketing and sales functions of Brisa, a leading tire manufacturer. In 2000, he joined Cargotech Logistics (now CEVA Logistics) as HR Manager, where he established the company’s human resources department. His expertise in HR strategy further led him to Denimvillage, a joint venture between Levi’s and Karamancı Holding, in 2002. Before venturing into executive search, he served as HR Manager at Doğan Online, a subsidiary of Doğan Holding, until mid-2004.
Cafer launched his career in executive search and selection in 2004 as a Partner at İnproda, Turkey’s first HR consulting firm with a primary focus on the information and communication technologies sector.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Organizational Behavior from Marmara University, where his thesis focused on “Career Planning in Organizations.”
