Faith Ndlovu

Faith Ndlovu is an Executive Search Project Manager in South Africa at Board Partners. She has a BA in Industrial Psychology & Labor Relations from the North West University in South Africa.

She has an HR and Recruitment background within the Technology, Telecommunications, IT and the Service Industry. After her studies she started as a Recruitment Researcher at a South African Executive Search and Recruitment Firm focusing Engineering, Tech Sales and IT assignments before working as a Inhouse Recruiter at a Hotel chain in Johannesburg.

She then worked with the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Service Unit of ‘Manpower’ being in charge for the Customer Service Center Recruitment for South Africans leading Entertainment company ‘Multichoice Group’. Before joining Board Partners Faith worked as a Internal Recruiter at Lixil Africa. Lixil Africa delivers technical innovations for home appliances so as bathroom and kitchen fittings with Ceramic and Plastics materials.

Faith is Zimbabwean living in Johannesburg and is fluent in English, IsiZulu and Sotho. She works in Executive Search projects for Europe and Southern Africa.
