Isabella Modutoane

Isabella Modutoane is an Executive Search and Project Manager International Search in our South Africa team.

Isabella has more than 11 years work experience in recruiting and executive search. Before joining Board Partners she worked as Research Consultant for a boutique search firm where she was specialized in the fields of Finance, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Property Services and was responsible for the candidate search and recruiting.

Isabella started her recruiting journey after her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa at CallForce as a Recruitment Coordinator. She then worked 3,5 years as Human Resource PA at Afrizan People Intelligence before she joined Mindcor for 4 years as an Executive Search Operations Project Manager.

Isabella is fluent in English, Setswana, and Afrikaans.
