Guido Happe

Guido Happe is the founder and managing director of Board Partners GmbH and the founder and managing director of Board Academy. Board Academy was founded in 2009, offering, among other things, a certification program for “Certified Member of the Supervisory Board and Advisory Board.” Today, Board Academy has the largest active network of board members, supervisory board members, and advisory board members and is represented in Germany, Austria, South Africa, Brazil, and Mexico. Guido is also the founder of the Enkelfähigkeit® ecosystem, which supports family businesses in the areas of succession, sustainability, and organizational development. With Target Mentoring, he has founded a company that supports managers and companies with individual mentoring formats based on professional sports.

He currently holds the following supervisory and advisory board positions, among others: Advisory board member of HKS Drehantriebe GmbH (third-generation family business), chairman of the advisory board at concimus (management consultancy focusing on SCM, purchasing, and logistics), member of the board of trustees of forum Nachhaltig Wirtschaften (CSR magazine), and member of the board of trustees of MUCA Munich (Museum of Urban and Contemporary Art).

His entrepreneurial investments have always focused on sustainably operating companies. He is co-owner of the gin manufacturer and distillery Dein Gin. Punkt, which offers a B2B and B2C approach to ordering customized gins, and co-owner of Eflatun Farming, a goat farm in Turkey that produces milk, meat, and FMCG ingredients.

Guido is also co-owner of the 1007art portal, where you can rent or buy professional art. He also volunteers as a mentor for the Werte-Stiftung, Deutsche Sporthilfe, and Aufsteiger GmbH.
