Biju Nambiar

Biju is a Partner at our Office in India where he manages Executive Search projects and customers in the Tech, Maschinery, Retail, eCom and FMCG markets. He has a Marketing degree and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. Before joining the Executive Search Industry in 2014, he had been expanding his industry expertise and networks in India.

Till 2014 he was the Logistics and Fulfillment Head at Desado. Desado is Middle east’s leading online store for products in home and fashion accessories, head quartered in Dubai. At Desado Biju was responsible for operations planning, strategy and execution of supply chains, including the management of logistics partners and vendors, order fulfillment and the service delivery. He also managed the warehouse efficiency focusing on cost optimization and productivity improvement with a deep experience in Process innovation, ERP implementation, as well as Operations Analytics.

As the General Manager of Operations at ViaCom he is used to understanding fast growing and complex organisations. ViaCom is a $500 million e-commerce company which caters to the B2B and B2C segments. Biju was in charge for setting up the service backbone for the large and diversified business operations (including process optimization, system automation and quality improvement).

He spent more than eight years with the Tata Group. He worked at Tata Sky as the Assistant General Manager Service Delivery. Tata Sky was a Start Up when Biju joined. His main focus was on designing and setting up the service delivery process as well as ensuring continuous improvement procedures.

Before Tata Sky he worked with Tata Teleservices. As the Assistant Service Manager he was responsible for order oulfillment for Karnataka circle including customer acquisition and fulfillment, as well as value added services for retail and corporate businesses.  During this time Biju managed a team of 100+.

3M India was his career starting company where he spent 6 successful years. He found his way into the supply chain management and customer service for several business divisions including products in FMCG, Office automation, Healthcare, Automotive, Graphics and Industrial. He was responsible for the fulfillment of all India sales. This included demand management, global sourcing, logistics and post- sales support.
