Lilo Gruse is the Programme Manager for Board Partners’ Academy business unit (advisory board and supervisory board certification Board Academy, in-house trainings, FirstTime-Mana¬ging¬Director programmes, Academy for Grandchildren’s Ability) and is responsible for content, target group management, quality management, cooperations and pricing.
Lilo studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt and has been active in various leadership roles for national and international HR and strategy issues for over 30 years. She started her professional life after her studies at Bilfinger SE, learned HR from scratch in the 12 years of affiliation, quickly took on management tasks and was deputy head of HR with a focus on HR policy and management support until her retirement. Lilo then moved to the retail company Kaufland, part of the Schwarz Group (Lidl), as Head of Human Resources, where she centralised all operational HR tasks and processes. In 2010, she returned to the Bilfinger Group as Head of Human Resources of the then subgroup Bilfinger Facility Services, which later became Apleona GmbH. She went on to work for the Group as HR Head for the Real Estate Division and was responsible for HR governance and overarching projects within the central HR department. The last 1.5 years before joining Board-Partners, Lilo was in management at a tour operator for golf and luxury travel. Lilo is an HR professional – she knows the operational and strategic HR topics, has experience in advising executives, has also actively supported various restructuring measures and SAP/SuccessFactors implementations as well as M+A projects and has initiated and implemented HR development measures.
In 2014, she also qualified as a business mediator at Steinbeis University and is a member of Steinbeis-Mediationsforum e.V.. In October 2020, she graduated as a certified member of the supervisory board and advisory board and is thus herself also an alumni member of the Board Academy.
